Sailing and the sea have always been my great passion. After more than 25 years in the automotive industry in various management positions around the world, I decided to turn my passion into a profession and  founded Aquila Sailing. As the name suggests, it is about sailing and yachts and supporting you in making your dream come true. Aquila Sailing operates in a network of highly professional specialists and experts and ensures premium quality for all services and products.

I have a Master degree  in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology as well as an MBA from the Technical University Munich. Additionally I am officially certified by TÜV Rheinland as a surveyor for the valuation and damage management of recreational vessels and yachts. I have been sailing for most of my life and have a German skipper licence and RYA Yachtmaster Offshore.

For the upcoming season we are looking for young and motivated skippers that enjoy teaching how to sail. We are regularly offering training sessions for our new team members to bring you up to speed on our successful training methodology. Requirements are SKS, SSS, SHS, RYA Yachtmaster Offshore as well as SRC.

Aquila Sailing offers a wide selection of sailing trainings like the German SBF See/ SKS/ SSS/ SHS, Austrian FB2/FB3 and Swiss skipper licence.
